Working closely with other teams including Software Developers, Programmers and Production, you will operate both independently and in conjunction with the Account Managers.
Your role will involve: Managing customer enquiries both on the phone and via email.Development of quotes for customer jobs.Clear, accurate documentation and communication of job requirementsCollaborating with staff from other departments to better understand and deliver on client requirements.Monthly invoicing to clients.Administrative tasks related to the role.Attending client meetings (both on and off site).About You: Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and face to face.Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.Problem-solving attitude, highly innovative and forward thinking.A fast learner who is mature and can work independently and as part of a team.Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and adapt to new IT platforms and Programs.Previous Customer Service or Administration experience in a fast-paced environment.This role is for a Full-Time position Monday - Friday, but flexible hours (e.g. school hours) could be considered for the right candidate.
