Department: Bristile Roofing East Coast - Victoria We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dandenong, Victoria. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for quality customer service to internal and external customers and suppliers on the phone and face-to-face in a professional and efficient manner.
Duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate and schedule roofing jobs as per customer specifications. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding product and contractor availability. Provide support to the Sales team, including the timely processing of supply-only orders, sales support, and general office duties. Manage accounts receivable functions, including credit releases, invoicing, customer inquiries, and credit requests. Oversee accounts payable functions, including the contractor claim process. Liaise with and support all business departments as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services. Follow WHS policies, procedures, and instructions. Success Requirements: Exceptional customer service abilities, including relationship building and conflict resolution. Excellent communication, organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and work independently. Proven experience in a similar role.
