Brickworks VIC is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Wollert. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting both internal and external customers with a diverse range of enquiries related to our extensive line of building products.
You will also ensure a seamless and exceptional customer service experience across various communication channels, including phone and email. Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with reception duties such as maintaining a clean office, cleaning of kitchens and ensuring the work area and displays are consistently safe, tidy and presentable. Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails. Represent Brickworks as a front-line representative, contributing to business development and growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brickworks products and services. Assist customers with Service requests, Product Queries, Order Management and Job Scheduling for deliveries. Perform accurate data entry for sales orders, credits, stock, and returns. Support Sales Representatives as needed. Ensure that the documentation of customer orders and requests are filed and kept orderly in accordance with company procedures. Success Requirements: Strong knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred). Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and solid numeracy skills. Strong time management, administration and organisational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task. Strong listening skills.
