BINGO industries are looking for our newest Customer Service Representative.
This is an exciting opportunity working on 15 hrs per week – Monday – Friday, 5 hours each day 7am – 12pm and 12.30pm – 5.30pm on a rotation.
This role will be based out of our head office in Auburn.
Role & Responsibilities: Professionally and efficiently answer voice and/or digital enquiries.Provide a superior customer service experience with a positive attitude by adhering to the defined customer standards.Use the appropriate sales techniques to convert phone queries into sales.Ensure that Bingo policies and procedures are adhered to consistently and minimise business risk.Adhere to rosters and be available for customers when required.Communicate effectively and courteously with all employees and external customers.Build & sustain key customer/client relationships.Role model the Bingo Way in all actions and dealings with colleagues and customers.Take an active role in achieving your KPI's demonstrating accountability and ownership.What makes you a GOgetter: Prior experience in a phone or face-to-face customer service roles.Passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service.Demonstrate ability to grasp concepts and systems quickly.Strong experience with computers including a working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office).Adhere to Monday – Friday, 7am – 12pm and 12.30pm – 5.30pm weekly roster rotation (total 25 hours per week).What you receive as a GOgetter: Weekly pay for all GOgetters.When you join the BINGO family, you have the chance to make $1500 for every friend you bring to BINGO!Training and progression opportunities within the BINGO family.A strong, employee and safety-driven company culture.Employee benefits such as novated car leasing, discounted health insurance, recognition program and retailer discounts.At BINGO we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
