About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Lumus Imaging, you'll work in a modern office equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to support you in assisting referring practitioners and patients.
You'll collaborate closely with Clerical staff, Technicians, and Radiologists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What your day will look like: Responding to and managing customer enquiries.Answering high-volume calls with professionalism and care.Managing reports and documenting feedback to support continuous improvement.Providing software support and troubleshooting.Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.What can Lumus offer you? Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role.Experience in healthcare is advantageous but not essential.Exceptional communication skills.A confident approach to managing and resolving customer queries over the phone, with the ability to make decisions and create solutions.Empathy and a customer-focused attitude to ensure queries are resolved effectively.About us Lumus Imaging is part of Healius Limited, one of Australia's leading healthcare companies, synonymous with quality, affordable and accessible healthcare for all Australians.
