In this role, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will provide outstanding support to our valued customers while following established service processes and sales practices.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, and online channels. You will handle inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring every customer interaction is positive.
