About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a beautiful office with technology designed to help you support referring practitioners and patients with a range of queries. Working alongside Clerical staff, Technicians and Radiologists you will support with customer enquiries, managing reports, documenting feedback, providing software support, answering high volume calls and performing general administration.
Working days will be across Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and being a casual role, pay 25% casual loading.
