Provide friendly and efficient service to Blackwoods customers via telephone calls, emails and other business systemsAction customer requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframesUnderstand our customer's sales history to identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when availableNurture relationships with our clients, staying up to date with processes and procedures to provide tailored solutionsInform customers of new product range and services where applicableWhat You'll Bring With You
Experience in a high-volume call centre environment preferred but not essentialCustomer and solutions focused mindset, thinking outside the box to achieve resultsAmazing customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small teamA strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud based CRM programsClear verbal and written communication skills requiredCulture & Benefits
