Customer Service Officer - Permanent, Full-Time Location: Kwinana Employment Type: 9-month Contract, Full-Time Shift Times: Rotating shifts (6 am-2 pm or 2 pm-10 pm), with flexibility required during peak seasons or plant breakdowns.

PERSOLKELLY, in partnership with our client, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Officer to join their team in Kwinana.

About the Role The Customer Service Officer will be the primary point of contact for customers and carriers visiting the Kwinana site, facilitating smooth operations for the Fertiliser business.
This role combines administrative excellence, logistics management, and customer engagement, ensuring high efficiency and compliance in all processes.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customers and carriers collecting granular and liquid fertilisers.
Conduct local inductions and manage temporary swipe card access for drivers.
Schedule, arrive, and dispatch customers efficiently.
Manage interworks transfers to regional locations.
Provide assistance to drivers requiring additional support.
Gather customer feedback and contribute to system improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including AMMS, Main Roads, and Dangerous Goods guidelines.
Optimise scheduling to reduce downtime and maximise efficiency.
Liaise with the Customer Sales Administration team to resolve alerts and reservations.
Reconcile daily transactions and ensure timely dispatch of products.
Manage administered sales and reconcile EFTPOS transactions.
Maintain updated customer records and ensure amenities are well-stocked.
What You'll Need: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organisational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with administrative tasks, scheduling, and training others.
Advanced problem-solving and numeracy skills for reconciliations and logistics management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with using multiple systems.
A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and accountability.
A valid Australian driver's license and the ability to work rotating shifts.
Flexibility to adapt to seasonal work demands and operational changes.
