About the Role:Casual & Fixed-Term Roles: Various options to suit your needs, whether you're looking for something short-term or longer-term.Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle, so you can balance work with other commitments.Campaign Start Date: 24th February – get in early to be part of something exciting! Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing accurate information and outstanding service.Sales & Fundraising: Make outbound calls to existing and potential supporters, promoting MSWA's lottery products, asking for donations, and encouraging participation in events.Achieve Targets: Exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the team's success.Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints, providing effective solutions or escalating issues when necessary.Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences.Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on MSWA products, services, and policies. What We're Looking For:Passionate Communicators: You love engaging with people and have experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising (experience in lottery ticket sales is a plus!
).Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and quickly adapting to new tools.Target-Driven: You're motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and help us raise funds for a meaningful cause.NDIS Clearance: You'll need to have NDIS clearance or be willing to obtain it.
