The opportunity:
In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through insurance inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
As an Enquiry Consultant, you'll engage in genuine conversations to assist landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include supporting customers with claims, renewals, quotes, new business applications, policy inquiries, and accurately maintaining records management systems. The role is dynamic, responding to seasonal variations and events like natural disasters across Australia
We are seeking individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, empathetic, and capable of connecting with a diverse range of customers. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build positive workplace relationships are essential.
Here are the perks: Competitive remuneration package of $55,000-$60,000 + super pending experience.
