Together, advancing healthcare. Job DescriptionAbout the role Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Darwin team as a Customer Service Representative on a full-time basis.
As the first point of contact for our customers, your role is varied and a critical support to the rest of the team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage all phone and email enquiries from both new and existing customers.Process customer purchase orders into the system.Respond to customer queries, concerns, or problems effectively, escalating appropriately when required.Provide guidance and support for customers navigating online ordering, including password resets.Work closely with the sales and operations team to find solutions for customers regarding stock, deliveries, pricing queries, urgent next day deliveries, item substitutes, etc.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat will you bring? The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
