Duties Provide a high level of Customer Service to internal and external stakeholdersOrder fulfillment using SAPManaging customer expectations and investigation of ordersSupport field personnelEnsure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when requiredAbility to work in a high pressured environment and have a good understanding of the urgency needed within the industry Skills and Experience Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisationSAP or similar ERP system experience is required for this positionExperience with loan kits highly valuedStrong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability Culture
