Job Description Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, efficient, and quality service.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and help to resolve any issues or concerns.
Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Manage a shared inbox and support the sales representative team when needed.
Work collaboratively with the customer service team and other departments.
Perform accurate data and order entry to ensure smooth processing.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Provide product guidance, knowledge, and support to pharmacy teams.
The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Representative should have: Strong technical skills, familiarity with SAP, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Life Science/Medical industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well in a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
