Based in Revesby, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with availability to work weekends to support our customer base on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with the ability to work up to 2 days from home per week.
Availability to work weekends is a must. About you As the ideal candidate, you will have: Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regardedAvailability to work weekendsExperience processing internal/counter sales orders will be advantageousAbility to create purchase orders and raise invoicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiriesStrong computer literacy skillsHelpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issuesThe ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
