As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in making it easy to do business with Laminex. Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll be on a journey to handle an array of customer enquiries, which could include handling orders, tracking deliveries, addressing technical queries, and managing credits via phone, email, and webchat.
