The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide timely and effective administrative support to our customers, sales team, and department, ensuring that all processes are followed according to established procedures and guidelines.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Hybrid Work Arrangement: Enjoy the best of both worlds with three days in our Mulgrave office and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales and invoices accurately and on time to ensure prompt dispatch, invoicing, and payment of customer orders.
Identify and investigate internal process issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction to improve the process and impact on customers.
Respond to internal and customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery times, and order status in a prompt and accurate manner.
Collaborate with other departments such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution to resolve customer complaints and confirm order statuses.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and track order statuses, deliveries, and activities using databases or other computerized systems.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field within the medical devices/healthcare industry.
Proficiency in IT and computer literacy, with experience using SAP or similar systems.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High customer focus and orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
