Expression of Interest - Customer Service Representative Solstice Energy is a diversified energy business and our Customer Service Team based in Launceston is looking for it's next lot of super stars to join our team.
We are about to embark on our Retail Electricity journey in the Tasmanian market and we need passionate dedicated people to join our team to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
Over the next 12 months, we will be growing our team and we would love to hear from you if you would like to join us on this exciting journey – bringing a different energy to the Tasmanian energy market. We anticipate that our first intake of new team members will take place around June 2024.
This is not your standard call centre or customer service role. We operate with the customer at the heart of everything we do and in this role you will have the opportunity to provide a full customer service experience.
Reporting to the Customer Service & Operations Manager, as a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
exceptional customer service to our current and potential Solstice Energy Retail customers. management of inbound and outbound calls and communications and anticipating customer needs to maximise opportunities new customer connections, account establishment and maintenance This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in a small, but exciting team environment. If you are willing to learn and want to be able to use your curiosity and initiative and share new and innovative ideas to help customers, then we would like to hear from you.
What you'll need to succeed Experience in a front-line customer service role, in particular experience handling customer queries over the phone. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong and sustainable customer relationships by going the extra mile Experience working as part of a small, multi-skilled and collaborative team Well-developed time management and organisational skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Experience in the energy sector is a plus but certainly not essential Exposure to billing software (ie Gentrack) and root cause analysis is desirable, but not essential If this sounds like an opportunity that interests you, please submit your expression of interest via this advert, including an up to date copy of your resume and cover letter.
