About the Role Tronox is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and dynamic APAC (Asia-Pacific) Customer Service Representative, who masters in positive customer relationships and attention to detail to join our team at Tronox on a full time, permanent basis.   This role is based at our Henderson Site - off Russell Road, approx. 30 minute drive South of Perth CBD. We also work a compressed 9-day fortnight, enjoy every second Friday off!! Your key responsibilities will be:  Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer. Exercise judgment and discretion and function independently within authorized limits. Serve as the communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness. Track order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedite the delivery of selected orders. Develop a working knowledge of SAP and a thorough understanding of the impact on other systems and users within the company. Coordinate internal and external audit readiness. Be comfortable, positive and calm with difficult customers. Work with some level of independence and efficiency in time management. Demonstrate the ability to develop new skills and solve problems creatively. Demonstrate a good understanding of Incoterms, Payment terms and applicable banking charges.  Demonstrate a good understanding of Letters of Credit terms and documentation.  Thoroughly understand Month End Closure process and requirements.  Demonstrate a good understanding of Credit, Debit, Rebate and commission processes.  Investigate and obtain a resolution of customer complaints and issues. Responsible for generating shipping or relevant documents for customers.
