Job Description The primary functions of this role are; To achieve excellence in Customer Service in a timely, professional, and complete manner to ensure all customer relationships (external and internal) reflect positively on the business operations. Take calls and complete bookings and/or queries for the various sheds via phone or email, ensuring to keep within load requirements as per shed (times/product/quantity etc) and to process in a timely manner according to business KPIs. Provide release numbers and relevant documentation to carriers/customers by email or text and update calendars as required, ensuring that all information is correct and received by customer/carrier and processed in a timely manner according to business KPIs. Contacting customers, branches, agents, and Nutritional Sales Managers for any outstanding information required or for purchase order information for orders that are due for collection. Contract Entry, Amendment Processing and Contract Cancellations all processed on the system accurately and according to business KPIs. Update and support Nutritional Sales Manager(s), Agents and/or Production Staff when required. Initiate and perform all follow-up action required to complete Customer's requests/enquiries: including documentation of orders, chasing for signed contract, provision of reconciliations or invoices if requested, etc. Ensuring all reporting (OOR) has correct information: price, cleaning up of residual balances, correct dates, or references (POs, EU name etc). Reconciling any customer orders and/or reports as required by Customer Service Manager and Sales Managers. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following attributes, Extensive customer service background. Advanced proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and data entry. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Advanced numerical proficiency. Eagerness to contribute positively within a team environment and ability to work independently. Self-assurance, adeptness in multitasking, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed, reflecting the demands of the industry. Self-motivated with a professional and positive approach to task completion.
