We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team based at our Collins Street office in Hobart.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will love a challenge in a varied-work environment and enjoy delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will engage with customers, internal Sales & Marketing, Supply Operations, Finance, and our Factories.
Working full-time Monday to Friday, with flexibility during busy periods to include public holidays, and some weekend work.
A day in the life
As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a top tier customer experience to internal and external customers.
A day in the life includes: Processing orders and liaising with customers and factory staff ensuring delivery timeframes and all requirements are met.
Working as part of a high performing team.
Responding to public enquiries and performing administrative processes.
Providing support and back up to all areas of customer services as required including retail, wholesale, foodservice, and export.
Working closely with Supply Operations team to secure customer preferred export freight bookings.
