What's on offer? We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative based at our Collins Street office in Hobart.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will love a challenge in a varied-work environment and enjoy delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with customers, internal Sales & Marketing, Supply Operations, Finance, and our Factories.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday position and will flex during busy periods to include public holidays, and some weekend work.
A day in the life As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a top tier customer experience to internal and external customers. A day in the life includes:
Processing orders and liaising with customers and factory staff ensuring delivery timeframes and all requirements are met. Working as part of a high performing team. Responding to public enquiries and performing administrative processes. Providing support and back up to all areas of customer services as required including retail, wholesale, foodservice, and export. Working closely with Supply Operations team to secure customer preferred export freight bookings. What we're looking for An experienced Customer Service Representative who brings:
