About the roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
About youWe're looking for individuals with:
Customer service experience (highly desirable)A genuine interest in banking or financial servicesStrong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systemsResilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentWork & Holiday or Student visa holders are welcome!What you will doHandle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:Providing account balancesReplacing debit and credit cardsUpdating personal informationResolving issues with online bankingInvestigating transactions and disputesManaging fraud inquiriesLogging complaints and capturing feedbackProvide accurate information and follow strict identification protocolsNote: This role does not involve sales or upselling. Training period (on-site)Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm (NSW time) requiredWe offer 18 roster options to suit your lifestyle:
