About The OpportunityAs a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactionsProviding timely and professional responses to questions, concerns, and service requestsAssisting clients in understanding the modular home building process, including design options, timelines, and construction phasesScheduling and coordinating client meetings, site visits, and post-installation follow-upsTracking project progress, preparing and distributing status reports, and proactively communicating updates or changes in schedule to clientsMaintaining accurate records of client interactions and project details in the company's CRM systemAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
12+ months of customer service experienceExperience in the construction, manufacturing, or home building industry (desirable)HSC or equivalent with any relevant further education beneficialFamiliarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, and proficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsYou will also have:
