As the first point of contact for our business, we are looking for someone with demonstrated drive, initiative, positive can-do attitude and experience in customer service environments. Someone who won't hesitate to go above and beyond to serve the Concept2 community/customer.
This is a permanent position located in our Burleigh Heads office.
What you'll do As Customer Service you will take & process orders, answer customer queries, provide product information via phone, email & in person and monitor and maintain the integrity of the 3PL process.
You will be working closely with other areas of the business including technical support, administration and our on-site warehouse. The role also entails occasional travel and weekend work for events.
Most of all, you will be a team player who thrives as part of a small, tight knit group. Your personality will add to Concept2's relaxed, but professional environment and you will have the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
