Do you love building great customer relationships and delivering outstanding customer service? An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Service professional to join our small, dedicated & dynamic Customer Service team that makes every day enjoyable.
You will be responsible for:
Providing superior level over the phone and email support for our dealer network including actioning queries, quotes in a timely manner to exceed our customer expectations. Identify and provide feedback to relevant sales and technical support teams on issues or trends impacting service delivery and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with the division managers to develop strong customer relationships, address and highlight identified sales opportunities and to understand market developments. Work with the Technical Support team on issues or gaps within the service dealer network and ensure technical and product information is up to date. Be enthusiastic and actively participate in developing a strong team environment. Your Profile - skills and experience:
Completed year 12 or additional tertiary studies. Two years trade customer service, sales or marketing experience (technical knowledge of outdoor power equipment would be an advantage). Excellent phone manner with strong verbal and written communications skills and able to clearly articulate relevant information. Well-developed planning and organisation skills. Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office, CRM programs and the ability to adapt to new systems and software. Sound mathematical and analytical skills, with good attention to detail and follow-up.
