Home Electrical Appliances: Employee exclusive staff discounts on Hitachi goods Location: Revesby with access to FREE onsite parking The Opportunity As part of the National Contact Centre team, this role will make you the first point of contact with our customers, responding to a high volume of inbound queries, mainly via phone, emails, and web portals. Based in Revesby, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with availability to work weekends to support our customer base on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with the ability to work up to 2 days from home per week. Availability to work weekends is a must. About you As the ideal candidate, you will have: Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded Availability to work weekends Experience processing internal/counter sales orders will be advantageous Ability to create purchase orders and raise invoices Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries Strong computer literacy skills Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
