Customer Service Representative

Job Description:Erie Insurance Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain customer records and update information in the database- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication skills- Strong presentation and analysis skills- Reliable and motivated individual- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Experience with CRM software is a plus
