A role you will love As part of a small team, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, either by phone or email. Your main responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service is provided. If you don't have previous experience, don't worry, full training is provided. Some of your key responsibilities will include:? Handle phone or email enquiries from customers Resolve queries in a timely manner Types of queries will relate to customers moving house/office, understanding any financial difficulties and setting up payment options Administration tasks What will you bring to the role? You will possess the ability to provide great customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline driven task's daily. Other key skills required include: Strong motivation and understanding of excellent customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt and respond to different types of customer enquiries Good organisational skills Strong computer skills (working with different programs and accurate typing) Fast learner to adapt to new system and processes If successful, MUST be available for a start date of 12th July 2024.
