The RoleThe purpose of this role is to liaise with internal Branches and process customer orders whilst also demonstrating your great PC skills, phone manner, and organisational capabilities. This role is based in our Fresh Meat Processing facility, working alongside our dedicated team of butchers and production staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform various administrative tasks as outlined by job description, including filing and photocopying.Liaise with Butchers and Production Staff.Process customer orders, inquiries, and follow up on any issues.Maintain customer relationships.Communicate with various departments to ensure that a high level of customer service and record accuracy is maintained.Ensure all customer details are updated when necessary.Process orders and dispatch loads.Data entry.Key Competencies, Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and organisational skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Customer service focus with an excellent phone manner.Willingness to take on new tasks and be multi-skilled in various roles within the office.Great computer skills (including Word and Excel).Good product knowledge.Capable of working under pressure in a team environment.Show initiative and a positive attitude.Previous Telesales experience preferably in the food service industry.Minimum 1 year of administration experience required.Proven ability to work unsupervised.What PFD is Offering the Successful CandidateWe are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation, and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance, and banking).
