Organisational growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Bonds Interstate Services (BIS) Customer Service team.
The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Handling email and phone bookings, quotes and providing job status updates to our BIS clients.
Liaising with Transport carriers to monitor, track and problem solve shipments.
Delivering service excellence via various mediums (email and telephone).
Processing and validating carrier invoices & performing system checks to ensure carrier charges are correct.
Liaising with and developing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Working independently and collaboratively with all stakeholders and the wider Bonds team.
Positively contributing to the organisation's culture by acting responsibly and in the best interest of Bonds.
