Tasks include:
Provide customer service to our existing customer baseAssist customers with their order placement and enquiriesProcessing orders via phone and emailAnswering inbound callsCompleting daily call cycle to regular customer baseContact customers via phone and email regarding orders and deliveries (e.g. customer queries; delivery allocations; proof of delivery) Completing orders via our data system for our Accounts department to invoiceEnsuring a high level of accuracy in data entry, customer records and delivery informationLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise serviceAssist with all general office duties to ensure efficiencyWork autonomously and as a part of a small committed teamThe successful candidate Previous experience in an office-based customer service roleThe ability to build long-term internal and external relationshipsGood levels of computer and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent written and verbal communicationHighly organised with attention to detailA positive and friendly demeanor with an excellent phone mannerExperience working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlinesAbility to prioritise work with excellent time management skillsProactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress skillsExperience in data management systems (highly desirable however training will be provided) For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to join a secure, well established and successful business which provides significant career development prospects.
