Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for a new challenge with Australia and New Zealand's premier importer and wholesaler of automotive glass products?  National Auto Glass Supplies is a market leader in the Automotive Glass Industry and has a strong operational presence across Australia and New Zealand.  We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative, working out of our distribution centre in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.
Role OverviewAs our Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be to provide a high level of service to our customers by fulfilling customer needs and attending to customer queries via phone, email or face-to-face.
Your QualificationsSuccessful candidates will possess the following:
Exceptional organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood computer skillsA positive 'can do' attitudeDriver's licence and own mode of transport (essential)Previous administration experience is highly regarded, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
