Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Rocklea (Queensland).
The key focus of this role will be to: Providing high level customer service support and administration support to both internal/ external stakeholders via phone and email.
Utilizing our various applications to set up customers into our system and liaise with them regarding their order specifications Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers Providing prompt communication to suppliers and customers with regards to order status when required.
Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment would be highly regarded Discover your sustainable future… We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
