About the Role


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a beautiful office with technology designed to help you support referring practitioners and patients with a range of queries. You will support customer enquiries, manage reports, document feedback, provide software support, answer high volume calls, and perform general administration alongside Clerical staff, Technicians, and Radiologists.


Working days will be across Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and being a casual role, pay includes a 25% casual loading.

What are we looking for?


Previous experience working in contact centre customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to manage and respond to customer queries over the phone, including being comfortable making decisions and creating solutions.
Ability to empathise with others and ensure they are supported to resolve their queries.
