Customer Support Specialist 3-month Temporary role.
Starting October 14th (part-time hours to start) Based in Brisbane CBD.
$32.56 per hour + Super.
Our Client A brand leader in the hair care industry has an exciting opportunity for a customer service specialist to join their team on a temp basis until December, after the Christmas period.
You will enjoy the friendly team environment.
The Role This role will be starting at 5 hours per day until mid November then will increase to 7.6 hour for the busy period.Reporting to the Team leader your responsibilities will include: Act as a first point for answering phone calls, emails, chat.
Ensure all the complaints are handled effectively and in line with the company procedures.
Warranty assessment and follow up on procedures.
Action customer service follow-ups and call backs.
Entering orders into salesforce, managing orders.
Tracking and monitoring orders.
Raising credit notes and invoices and providing copies of transactions.
About you You are an experienced customer service professional.
You are: Capable and can pick up systems.
Passionate about customer service.
Keen problem solver.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experienced in using a CRM.
