This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced customer service representative. You'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund!

Your New Role
The role is customer facing within one of branches and provides outstanding service to the clients existing members with their membership and claims enquiries. The role is also critical to supporting the companies growth aspirations by acquiring new members across Health, Life & OVHC product lines.
With Branch Manager's leadership, this role is supported to assist new and existing members to make informed choices through accurate, personalised service demonstrating human touch to healthcare.
Your Responsibilities:
Use needs-based selling techniques to understand and address new and existing members' needs, to provide the product options for new Health, Life & Overseas Visitors
Provide policy and product information and enquiry processing for new and existing members.
In all customer interactions, ensure the accurate entry of transaction and membership information into the computer system, adhering to policy and procedure guidelines.
Respond to membership and claims enquiries in strict accordance with fund rules.
For all customer interactions ensure that transaction and membership information is entered into the CRM in accordance with the policy and procedure, ensuring detailed wrap up notes are included.
Respond to membership and claims enquiries in accordance with fund rules.
Process claims in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the Fund rules and operating instructions.
Participate in branch membership and claims auditing as per procedure.
Correctly process member payments via EFTPOS.
Ensure all internal process and procedural instructions are followed.
Advise the Branch Manager of any potential or actual risk or compliance incidents.
Always comply with Code of Conduct.
