We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team based at Gillman/Adelaide Airport. In this critical role, you'll be assisting our customers with queries and you'll also be the key interface between our Retail and Procurement teams, ensuring operational excellence, seamless communication, and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll be doing Handling inbound inquiries and requests via phone and email.Providing timely, accurate and friendly assistance to customers.Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as required.Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and sharing feedback with the wider team.Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards.Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on building strong relationships and delivering results.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or procurement coordination.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.A positive, resilient and adaptable mindset.Proficiency in ERP systems (we use Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive, professional, and collaborative attitude.A passion for agriculture and farming communities (preferred but not essential).What we offer
