We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Goulburn Branch in providing great service and support to IMB customers in relation to their financial needs.
The main aspects of the role include: Having conversations and interactions with customers via all channels, including face to face, phone and online, and helping them with their banking and insurance needs and enquiriesExploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their positionUsing various technologies, systems and digital platforms, cash handling and balancingWorking with your Manager and team to collectively achieve the branch goals and objectivesMaintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures, and carrying out administrative dutiesTo carry out the role successfully, you'll need to be able to demonstrate: Experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking or hospitality industriesCash handling experience and an accurate eye for detailA learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industryAn aptitude for technology and proficiency in MS Office programs/appsHonesty and integrity, taking pride in diligently following procedures and policies in a regulated financial environmentA flexible approach in the workplace, able to take initiative, prioritise work, and problem-solve to complete daily work requirementsA genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers, and support a teamThe willingness to travel to branches within the region as required for training or staff relief purposesIf you're looking to kick off your career in banking, or to try something new or even a complete career change, apply to IMB today!
