Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for another lovely human to join our Customer Service team at Linden Cook. Our small and tight-knit team is doing some reshuffling as our brand grows, so it's time to add some more talent.
Tasks/Responsibilities: Respond and liaise with customers via email, web chat, and phone.Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and repairs.Order processing & packing.Assisting with events/projects.Process documentation and improvement.Experience/Attributes: A can-do attitude and a positive outlook.Solid written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).Not only works towards high standards but strives for a better way of doing things.How to Apply:
