What You Will Do You will answer inbound calls and assist with general banking enquiries from existing customers. These inquiries can range from credit cards, transaction/savings accounts, and online banking.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing customer account balances
• Replacing debit and credit cards
• Closing credit card accounts
• Updating personal information
• Resetting online banking passwords and reactivating SMS protect
• Investigating unusual transactions and loading disputes if necessary
• Triaging fraud inquiries
• Logging complaints and capturing customer feedback
• Providing customers with accurate information
• Following strict identification guidelines
There are no sales or upselling/cross-selling involved in this role.
About you Customer service experience is highly desirableHave a genuine interest in banking or financial servicesAbility to demonstrate good computer skills and navigate multiple computer systemsDemonstrates resilience to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with tough conversationsMust have completed grade 12 (High School) or equivalentWork & Holiday and Student Visa holders are welcome to apply!Training Period (On-Site)
• Weeks 1-3: Classroom training from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Weeks 4-7: On-the-job training from Monday to Friday. Availability for full-time hours within the span of hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm is required.

Please Note: During the training period, you will need to meet job scorecard requirements, which include attendance, assessments, trainer evaluations, and class performance. You must be able to attend 100% of the training to ensure your success! All applicants must have Australian work rights and be willing to undergo full background screening, including police checks, which is an essential and mandatory requirement.
