About The Role As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia's leading organisations and government agencies.
The Duties Will Include: Order collection and delivery of client records and information Customer service queries Maintaining high profile account service delivery Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.
About You To be considered for this role, you will have the following: Minimum Car Licence Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence Be hard working and reliable Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks Have good computer literacy skills Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential Flexibility with work hours and days Work well under pressure and be a good team player What's In It For You?
