Customer Service Representative (Customer Assist)

Randstad is currently seeking multiple experienced Case Managers to join a well-known client in Adelaide.These are full-time permanent positions, and the hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, with a hybrid work model once fully trained and self-sufficient.
This is a 6-month casual contract with the potential for extension if you are the right fit for the role!The main core of this role is to provide excellent customer service satisfaction while assisting in managing a large number of claims that need to be investigated in relation to deceased estates.
