Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre

Saturn Pathology is an up-and-coming Perth-based laboratory. We are known for providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team of frontline service consultants who showcase the value and benefits of the Saturn Pathology experience to our patients' enquiries via phone, email, online or SMS.
We seek highly skilled, exceptional, dynamic, energetic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service.  Operational hours are between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm. We are seeking individuals available to work rotating roasters including weekends and evenings. 
Location: Offices based in West Perth 
Working hours: 6:30 am and 9:00 pm Monday to Sunday rotating roster.

The Role: As our customers' first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails and text messages to document preferences and book upcoming appointments.Full-time positions are available Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others is essential.Excellent salary and penalty rates are offered.Previous contact centre experience is desirable.  Please include your current resume, cover letter addressing the above criteria and 2 referees.
