Customer Service Representative - CIL & Bingle We have multiple exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to join our Essentials by AAI Team in Adelaide. Position Overview: Job Title : Customer Service Representative Brand : Essentials by AAI Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with mix of Work from Home and in Office, (post probation period) Start Date: Monday 29th May 2024 The Company CIL & Bingle is an insurance division within Suncorp. We are an inbound Contact Centre primarily responsible for the sales and service of Essentials by AAI Insurance, CIL Insurance and Bingle. We are looking for passionate and customer focused individuals to join our team in Adelaide. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service through our various brands.
Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative primarily working on the Essentials by AAI brand initially, you are focused on ensuring our customers feel valued when they contact our team. Essentials by AAI offers car and contents insurance designed for people who are unable to access mainstream insurance products due to their financial circumstances or adverse insurance risk profile.
Your role is to connect our customers with products and services that meet their needs and protect their assets. You will enjoy achieving KPI's while delivering exceptional service, speaking with customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Skills & Experience Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer service Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills To be resilient and have an ability to positively manage difficult situations A high level of attention to detail Insurance experience is not required (we can teach you that). A thirst for knowledge and passion for helping customers is what we are after! Shift Patterns We operate Monday to Friday 7.30am to 7.30pm and Saturday 7.30am-5.00pm (ACST). Therefore, you must be available to work a rotating roster across this span of hours. All rosters are provided 4 weeks in advance.
