Customer Service Representative - Casual (Multiple Positions Available)

THE ROLE As a Casual Customer Experience team member, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. You'll support residents throughout their stay with Scape—from check-in to check-out—ensuring they are safe, included, and able to make the most of their experience.
