Customer Service Representative - Casual

We are currently recruiting Casual positions for our Customer Service Specialist role.
Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us.
You will assist customers in managing their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges in meeting financial commitments.
You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls Missed payments and early-intervention collections Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 6pm.
This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Start date: 24th February 2025 Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, Perth, once a fortnight Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks.
Training will run Mon, Tues, Thurs 10am - 3pm. Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period. Throughout your training, you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
