The Culture The AVG administration team is friendly, professional, and respectful, being led and supported by an engaged Group Administration Manager. The Role We currently have an exciting position available in our Customer Service/Administration team. The role will be based at our brand-new hospital where you will play an important part in liaising with both our Clients and our Veterinary team. The primary responsibilities of this position are: Delivering outstanding client care and customer service Handling client enquiries and appointment requests professionally in person, by email and over the phone Remaining calm and compassionate, working well under pressure Providing excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and clients Being a team player with a flexible attitude.
