Full-time permanent position Work with a great team in a vibrant environment. Well supported role with full training Located in the beautiful Hunter Valley town of Scone, horse capital of Australia. AVG Australian Veterinary Group (AVG) provides management and administration services to support the clinical and operational activities of two of Australia's leading veterinary service providers. Scone Equine Group (SEG) is Australia's largest provider of equine veterinary services, with expertise in all areas of horse care. Located in the heart of Australia's Thoroughbred breeding country and across four key horse regions in NSW and Victoria, SEG provides leadership in service, professionalism, and expertise for the equine and veterinary communities. The Culture The AVG administration team is friendly, professional, and respectful, being led and supported by an engaged Group Administration Manager. The Role We currently have an exciting position available in our Customer Service/Administration team. The role will be based at our brand-new hospital where you will play an important part in liaising with both our Clients and our Veterinary team. The primary responsibilities of this position are: Delivering outstanding client care and customer service Handling client enquiries and appointment requests professionally in person, by email and over the phone Remaining calm and compassionate, working well under pressure Providing excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and clients Being a team player with a flexible attitude.
