As a Customer Service Representative/Administration Assistant, the role is based at our Head Office in Summer Hill.
You are expected to be an active member of a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Rotating roster between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to FridayAnswering incoming calls from the general inquiries lineBooking in centre tours as required, following up on conducted tours and actioning accordinglyManaging the process of new leads and enrolling new children along with associated required documentationManaging administration records and databases, updating as requiredManaging the application/waiting list including data entry into Kidsoft and on Microsoft ExcelManaging account finance queries as requiredBeing available and able to travel to centres as per operational requirementsEssential Criteria The ability to multitask effectively from phone tasks to administrative tasksProfessional yet friendly telephone mannerGood organisation skills with a strong attention to detailExcellent customer service skills and confidence in turning leads to enrolmentsCurrent Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)To apply now, please click through to our application.
