Your responsibilities will include:Face to face customer serviceAnswering incoming calls from the general inquiries lineBook in centre tours as required, follow up on conducted tours and action accordinglyManage process of new leads and enrolling new children along with associated required documentationManage administration records and databases, update as requiredManage the application/waiting list including data entry into Kidsoft and on Microsoft ExcelManage account finance queries as requiredEssential CriteriaThe ability to multitask effectively from phone tasks to administrative tasksProfessional yet friendly telephone mannerGood organisation skills with a strong attention to detailExcellent customer service skills and confidence in turning leads to enrolmentsCurrent Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willing to obtain one)To apply now please click through to our application.
